Filmmuseum EYE

Photographing in Amsterdam? In addition to the beautiful canal houses, there is also modern architecture in Amsterdam. You take spectacular detailed photos of the EYE Film Museum, but it is also a breathtaking building from afar. The Filmmuseum EYE is not called EYE for nothing: if you know how to find the right perspective, you can see the shape of an eye.

De Magere Brug

The Magere Brug is located between the Kerkstraat and the Nieuw Kerkstraat. All tour boats pass under this bridge, which can provide beautiful pictures at night with a long shutter speed.

Photographing in Amsterdam: Oosterdok

From the eastern islands you have a perfect view of the Maritime Museum and a replica of the VOC three-master, called the Amsterdam. In addition, you can look out over the city from the stairs and roof terrace of the NEMO Science Museum.

Hortus Botanicus

Stroll through the exotic plants and come across different spots for the best shots. Hortus Botanicus is an ideal location for an indoor photo session in Amsterdam. The rich and colorful background wildlife and bright natural light streaming in through the glass ceiling make it ideal for shooting vibrant photos. Even in case of bad weather outside. This is the perfect location for Photographing in Amsterdam.

De Hallen

You can enjoy delicious food and drinks in de Hallen, in old-west. But that is not the only thing! Not only is the food delicious, but you can also shoot the coolest photos. It is a large hall with lots of light and many old details, so there are nice places to take pictures everywhere. Did you know that this place has served as a tram depot from 1905?

NDSM wharf

The NDSM warehouse is photogenic inside and out. Once a month, the IJ-hallen flea market is held here. The other days you can discover studios here, spot graffiti and capture the industrial atmosphere.

Het Amsterdamse Bos

In Amsterdam you can also take great nature pictures. The Amsterdamse Bos and Blossom Park provide beautiful pictures in the different seasons.
