Volkshotel
Another great spot to work for a longer time. The opening of the Volkshotel was really a thing at the time. It was the first place in the Wibautstraat neighborhood where self-employed people can work for free for a whole day. This is especially recommended in the summer, because at rooftop bar Canvas on the 7th you can have a good drink after work.

Directly opposite the Volkshotel you will find the Student Hotel and there you are more than welcome as a flex worker. Amsterdam still has dozens of nice cafes where you can drink delicious coffee and fold out your laptop for a few hours, but the facilities here are more limited (fewer outlets, and only space if you arrive at a suitable time). Anne & Max (Amstelveense weg), De Stadskantine (Van Woustraat) and De Ysbreeker are great flex cafés in Amsterdam. You can also choose De Koffiesalon (located in various locations) or Pllek in Amsterdam North (warmed by the fireplace, working on the Chesterfield with a cool view of the IJ).
