The Amsterdam Winter Paradise – Rai
At the end of the year, the RAI in Amsterdam is all about the winter during The Amsterdam Winter Paradise. You can go there daily from 10AM for winter fun. More of a evening person? You can go there until 1AM! You can count on a lot of real snow and you have a lot of fun on the tube track in the Snow Paradise. At this winter paradise, besides the ice fun, you can also: roast your marshmallows in the crackling wood fire, sing along with your favorite Christmas hits at the karaoke bar and drink a beer or mulled wine and eat a snack at the food market. Ice Amsterdam Museumplein 2019
Ice Amsterdam is the winter vent on the Museumplein in Amsterdam. From November 16, 2019 to February 2, 2020, ICE Amsterdam organizes a complete Amsterdam Ice Village on Museumplein. You can skate on the ice rink with a view of the Rijksmuseum and stroll in search of a beautiful gift among the winter chalets. Totally nice, the entrance is free.
Location: Museumplein in Amsterdam opposite Cobra Café on the Leemveld.
Date & time: November 16, 2019 through February 2, 2020. Monday to Thursday from 10 am to 9 pm, Friday and Saturday from 10 am to 10 pm and Sunday from 10 am to 9 pm.
Access: Market has free access, tickets for ice skating can be purchased at the box office, but it is smarter to buy tickets online. Then you don’t have to stand in line.
Amsterdamsche Kerstmarkt
The Amsterdam Christmas Market is the place where you can celebrate the holidays with friends, family or colleagues. Here you can do original Christmas shopping, treat yourself with local delicacies, mulled wine, hot chocolate, culinary snacks, specialty beers and good wines.
