Tour description

As one of the most famous artists in the world, Vincent van Gogh is a unique individual – the kind of person who left an incredible mark on the wider world. The Van Gogh Museum, though, is the perfect way for you to come and look at his works in all of their wider glory; a fine example of the kind of artistic imprint that he had left on the wider world. A truly exciting and enjoyable person to learn about, Van Gogh is the kind of individual who made a telling difference to the world that he lived in. A conflicted genius in many ways, there is much to admire about this museum – a fine showcase and exhibition of the 200 or so artworks that exit from Vincent Van Gogh himself. Come along to this stunning collection and you can pick up all manner of information about the man himself, as well as get access to over 500 drawings, 700 letters, and countless parts of his Japanese art collection and prints. He’s a very significant part of the Dutch cultural scene and wider history, meaning that learning about his many artistic contributions can be of great enjoyment for anyone doing so. If you wish to see why Vincent van Gogh was easily among the most important artists of his – or any – era, then you should come on down to the Van Gogh Museum. This is the definitive Van Gogh collection, all placed under one accessible museum.
